EXPERIMENTA! came from a passion for experimentation in video, and the desire to share some of their most exciting contemporary manifestations with the general public. SESC Campinas invited Nicolela to organize a festival of experimental video attempting to form an overview of the various international audiovisual investigations currently being produced. The show consisted of 3 days, 8 screenings, a round table and a workshop. Nicolela presented a program of Brazilian videos and the collaborative project Exquisite Corpse Video Project; she also invited 5 international curators to select a panorama of video art from their respective countries. Finally, there was an exhibition of local video artist Bruno Penteado, in loop for a month.
